RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Craft Attic Shop, we take pride in creating personalized products designed specifically for each customer and event. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom orders, including personalized party favors, apparel, keepsakes, snack packs, bounce house rentals, and event items.
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase, including names, dates, colors, sizes, custom text, and uploaded images.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error caused by Craft Attic Shop, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will review each situation individually and work with you to provide a fair resolution.
For bounce house rentals and other event services, cancellation and rescheduling policies may apply and will be outlined separately in the service agreement or waiver.
